Address Confirmation Reminder & Status of the Shipments

Hey there Mighty Survivors,
Hope you are all doing well. We have been working on the shipment process of all the remaining orders and compensations.
As a quick reminder, we have sent everyone that reached out to us via email about their low-quality products. If you haven’t received an email from us about the address confirmation, please follow these steps;
If you have already received a couple of emails from us about the compensation;
1-) Check your inbox for emails from [email protected]
2-) Reply to the current email loop so it will appear at the top of our inbox.
If you haven’t received a reply to any of your emails;
We are still in the process of replying and reporting to the new compensation emails. If we don’t return to your email this week, please send another email to [email protected].
It is important for us to return all of you and get an address confirmation. Please feel free to send us a new email if you still have questions.
On the other hand, let us explain how we will handle the shipments this time:
SHIPMENT STATUS
US
The remaining US orders and compensation items will be sent by our US fulfillment partner, Packyak. If you have requested just a few cards as compensation, they will be sent from our office directly to you in the meantime. Currently, we are handling the customs and shipment details for the bulk shipment. We will be giving more details in the next update.
EU
EU compensation items will be sent from our office directly to you with the door-to-door shipment. We are preparing the packages at the moment, then they will be sent to you right away.
UK
UK compensation items will be sent by Gamesquest. Again, if you have requested just a few cards as compensation, they will be sent from our office directly to you in the meantime. Currently, we are handling the customs and shipment details for the bulk shipment. We will be giving more details in the next update.
Australia
The Australia orders will be sent by Aetherworks. Currently, we are handling the customs and shipment details for the bulk shipment. We will be giving more details in the next update.
VFI ASIA Countries
The remaining VFI orders and compensation items will be sent by our Asia fulfillment partner, VFI. If you have requested just a few cards as compensation, they will be sent from our office directly to you in the meantime. Currently, we are handling the customs and shipment details for the bulk shipment. We will be giving more details in the next update.
Collector’s Edition, Rest of the World & Turkey
The Collector’s Edition, rest of the World, and Turkey orders will be sent from our office directly to you with the door-to-door shipment. We have completed the packages, they will start shipping this week. We are currently waiting for express shipment to take packages from our office.
CONCLUSION
We are sorry for this process taking too long. We are trying to be sure that everything is in place and we had to take some things on our hands like packaging and door-to-door shipment preparations. So we are working physically at the same time while trying to arrange all the bulk shipments and customs processes.
Hopefully, everyone will receive their orders and compensation items as soon as possible. We will be updating you in the next weeks as we moved further in the process.

Hey there Mighty Survivors,
Finally the new batch of the production is completed and we are thrilled to announce that it has none of the issues that we had in the previous batch.
We have randomly checked 100 decks and haven’t encountered any kind of quality issues, misalignment of the cut process etc.

Compensation Shipments
As you know, we made a pledge to make each and every one of our backers happy with their pledges. We have been asking you to report us if you encounter any problems with your pledges. We will be either replacing your individual problematic cards, sending you whole new expansions.

This is an emergency broadcast by United Space Center. I repeat this is an emergency broadcast!
Dear people of planet Earth,
As you know, our planet is under the effect of constant solar explosions. Unfortunately, these magnetic bursts cause the internet to function at highly-slow speeds. It is still usable but painstakingly slow. The civilization we know is about to collapse.
In light of these circumstances, we, United Space Center, have decided to move the population of Earth to a new planet. After a long-lost search, we have found a new planet that looks exactly like Earth itself... Yeah, it just looks like that but we continue in our research to see if this planet is habitable.
Luckily, it is within our capabilities and we believe, humanity can reach this planet to build a new civilization that might have a reasonable internet speed.
We designated 4 big space companies to build spaceships and gather a capable crew that can complete this journey. We believe in their goodwill during this preparation.
Now we are calling for passionate commanders who will command these ships and manage their crews like a professional. We need you, commander!

Board Royale Status Update
Sleeves: We have realized that we have not mentioned the sleeve status in the previous update.
Currently, we are making negotiations with the manufacturer to refund the reported unusable sleeves since it's an automation error in sizes. We will be informing you about this matter in future updates. Thanks a lot for sharing detailed photos in the reports, they are really helpful.
Current Production: The production is in the card-cutting process right now.
We have received new samples from the manufacturer. They look promising at the moment but we are going to make a more deep quality assurance when the assembly is over and everything is packed.
As soon as we have good news we will keep you updated frequently.
