No, we will bring the goods to a local warehouse near you, clear the customs and ship the goods to you. We are charging you with the VAT mostly in the shipping prices but majority of it is compensated by us because we want our Kickstarter backers to receive their packs with super advantageous prices.

Will my "New Survival Edition" box hold all cards sleeved?
Unfortunately not. When we try to make a box sleeved compatible, we basically need to leave a space in the box as big as the cards itself. This adds costs as it will almost double the storage area in the warehouses and will increase the shipment and fulfillment costs. And also it causes an added Carbon Footprint due to the requirement for a bigger volume of shipment. This is why we chose to give an option for a giant Survival Crate that can store truly everything for people who really want it.

Does the base game in the "New Survival Edition" or "Ultimate Survivor" come with its original box.
Unfortunately not. The base game in these rewards are the entire content of the base game without the box.

What kind of box will I get with my "Returning Backer" pledge?
The box that you will get with the returning backer box is the same size as the “New Survival Edition” so it will be able to hold all new expansions and the base game update package but will be missing the base game section. So you will be able to store all your new expansions in it and maybe a little space to sleeve one or two expansions. But if you want to sleeve all your cards we recommend getting the survival crate so that it will hold all your cards sleeved in one box.

No, it isn’t. The Founder’s Expansion was exclusive to the previous campaign and will not be sold again!

Will there be a sleeve add-on option?
Yes, there will be a sleeve add-on option in Pledge Manager after the campaign. But they won’t be customized sleeves, they will be vanilla sleeves.

How can I change my pledge to a different reward?
If you are viewing on the web page go to “Manage My Pledge”, then choose “Change My Pledge” or “Cancel My Pledge”
If you are on the app;
Click blue “Manage” button at the bottom of the page.
Then click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner.
You should now see “Update Pledge”, “Change Payment”, “Choose Another Reward”, “Cancel Pledge”, or “Contact Creator “ as options.
Click “Choose Another Reward”.
Then click the big green “Select” button under the new pledge level you want.
That should then take you through the Add-Ons menu.

Board Royale will be only available in English as printed. But we developed a mobile app named “Board Royale Helper”. You can find translated versions of the cards and rulebooks.

“Survival Crate” can hold Base Game and all the previous and new expansions. It will be a big box. Also, Crate will be able to hold all these contents as sleeved.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
